From the moment AMS Technical (Plastics) was established in 2007 we aimed to provide a comprehensive moulding solutions to our customers with a guarantee of quality. Based in Littleborough, Rochdale, we employ a dedicated team of people with over 140 years of experience in plastic engineering, delivering excellence on the most complex plastic projects no matter the application.

ADM are qualified suppliers and fully compliant by the Joint Supply Chain Accreditation Register (JOSCAR). The accreditation mark is valued by some of the largest purchasers in the defence community – aerospace, defence, security and space sectors. ADM have been through the process and demonstrated commitment and appropriate credentials.

JOSCAR covers company capability, accreditations’, information security, corporate social responsibility, financial history and ethical operations. This cross-sector collaborative solution reduces the time, cost, resources and duplication currently needed to provide information.
JOSCAR enables registered prime contractors such as BAE Systems, Leonardo, NATS, QinetiQ and others to confidently trade with pre-qualified organisations such as ADM, and provides access to a centralised supplier database. To attain accreditation, ADM was assessed across a wide range of appropriate business parameters including our policy on materials, insurance and third-party certification, health and safety, environmental and sustainability, IT security, anti-bribery and corruption, product safety and quality. JOSCAR membership is designed to improve efficiency of both the supplier and buyer communities by ensuring that companies only use products and solutions of the highest quality and that comply with best practices.

Our design team are able to use a huge variety of CAD-CAM software, and use SLS and SLA machines to sculpt models that look and feel like the real thing. All of our machining can use a range of materials from Polypropylene to Thermoplastic Rubber.
