We can inject mould components ranging from a fraction of a gram up to 1.0kg in weight in quantities of just a few items up to a high volume supply of millions all in a wide range of polymers. We utilise automation and robot handling systems to produce the most cost effective solutions for our customers.
Our Moulding facility currently comprises the latest digitally controlled machines from 50 tonnes to 400 tonnes. We are able to produce parts in any injection mouldable polymer from a few grams up to 1.5kg and in quantities of just a few items through to high volumes in the millions.
Our experienced team are able to partner our clients from component concept and design, material specification, 3D prototyping, tooling design to final production moulding.

Our design team are able to use a huge variety of CAD-CAM software, and use SLS and SLA machines to sculpt models that look and feel like the real thing. All of our machining can use a range of materials from Polypropylene to Thermoplastic Rubber.
